This is a photo of "Lake Harrison". This spot hosts many parties and family get togethers on warm days and on July 4th a fireworks display.

Most roads in the ozarks are not laid out on a grid. And sometimes even the best maps of the region lie. It's a test to tell what directMarch 9, 2005 locals say you can "meet yourself coming back." Locals are very nice about pointing out directions.

The roads and highways of Boone county are very well maintained and easy to drive.

The roads through the mountains are tilted inward to help keep cars on the road safely as they turn corners.
